Rosanne Giguère now leads a network of more than 80 restaurants. She oversees the Canadian expansion of the À la Bouffe group.
Originally trained as a lawyer, she chose to build businesses rather than plead cases. Under her leadership, the Sushi Taxi network has been restructured, repositioned, and placed on a strong path of expansion. Fueled by her experience as multi-unit franchisee operator at Subway and her vision as Sushi Taxi franchisor, the model she believes in is built around one simple conviction: a well-structured franchise is one of the most powerful entrepreneurial vehicles that exists — provided the franchisor is truly capable of delivering on that promise.
