We provide the Master Franchisee and franchise partners with a comprehensive training program designed to accelerate learning, develop essential operational skills, and ensure readiness before opening.

We provide the guidance, tools, and hands-on support needed to plan and coordinate the soft opening and grand opening, helping the franchisee deliver a smooth and successful launch.
-
We grow brand awareness through impactful national and local campaigns, compelling limited-time offers, strategic social media, and public relations—while protecting the brand identity and intellectual property across every market.
-
We maintain and update the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), oversee contract execution, support regulatory compliance across all operating jurisdictions, and monitor critical lease expiration and renewal dates.
-
We manage system-wide financial processes, administer royalty and fee payments, analyze franchisee profit-and-loss statements, and deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to strengthen performance across the network.
-
We negotiate strategic vendor agreements, manage approved supplier relationships, and support reliable, cost-effective distribution of essential products across the franchise system.

We implement the POS system and essential IT infrastructure while developing and integrating digital solutions—including mobile apps and ordering platforms—to streamline operations, elevate the guest experience, and drive innovation across the network.
Meet the CEO
Rosanne Giguère leads À la Bouffe, a restaurant group with more than 80 locations, and is the driving force behind Sushi Taxi’s growth and expansion across North America.
Originally trained as a lawyer, she chose to build businesses rather than plead cases. Under her leadership, the Sushi Taxi network has been restructured, repositioned, and placed on a strong path of expansion. Fueled by her experience as multi-unit franchisee operator at Subway and her vision as Sushi Taxi franchisor, the model she believes in is built around one simple conviction: a well-structured franchise is one of the most powerful entrepreneurial vehicles that exists, provided the franchisor is truly capable of delivering on that promise.
That is precisely the commitment she makes to every Master Franchisee and franchisee who joins the network.
